When would I use Slice of Sauce?

Slice of Sauce is delicious on Sandwiches, Burgers, Wraps, and more! We love it on grilled cheese, breakfast sandwiches, and veggie burgers but imagine the possibilities! We like to layer it next to the bread, under our favorite protein for big flavor and no soggy buns.  It's great for road trips, lunch boxes, and back yard BBQs.  Share your ideas @sliceofsauce!

What the heck is a Pre-Order?

We have limited inventory but we’re working as quickly as we can to get you your Slice. When you pre-order, you’re essentially holding your place in line. First come, first served. We know it’s hard to wait, but as a small business we truly appreciate that you’re willing!

How is Slice of Sauce made?

Slice of Sauce begins with ripe California tomatoes and combines less than 10 quality ingredients to mix up bold savory flavor.  Then we use a unique process of careful dehydration and some special dance moves (just kidding, sort of) to create the perfect layer of your favorite condiment.

Are you Kosher Certified?

We are not currently Kosher Certified, but our facility is and we're working on it.  Please sign up for our newsletter and we'll let you know as soon as it's go time. Our goal is Slices fit for all! 

Does your product contain allergens?  

Nope.  Slice of Sauce is allergen free which means we do not use wheat/gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish or shellfish in any of our products.  These allergens account for 90% of all food allergic reactions in the United States. 

What are you going to do about the plastic problem? 

We are keenly aware of the plastic problem that our planet is facing.  In fact, we're donating 1% of everything, yes everything, to the planet.  For more information, visit https://www.onepercentfortheplanet.org.  As we grow, we also plan to move to compostable packaging and we'll keep you updated on our progress!  

Does it melt?

The Slice will rehydrate slightly when placed next to a protein, a piece of lettuce, or even a slice of cheese.  If it's next to a warm burger, for example, it will melt a little but it will never drip. 

How many Slices should I use?

While this is a personal preference, we have done meticulous testing to find just the right amount for the majority of our users with a single slice.  However, we know our fair share of Sauce Superfans that love to layer it on.  If that's you, the more the merrier!

Why should I spend $5.99 when I can get a 38oz bottle for $2.99

We are taking condiments to places they normally wouldn't go.  Think…kids in the backseat or that RV trip with limited fridge space!  Plus, we are using high quality ingredients and have avoided any high fructose corn syrup.  We aren't asking you to replace the bottle, but there are just times when a Slice is a deliciously convenient option.

Can I microwave it?

You'll want to avoid the microwave.
